Continuous Conservation Programs:

  1. Lake Erie Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program for the Sandusky River and Huron River watersheds and all tributaries that drain to those streams. This is a program for landowners who want to put cropland into buffer strip practices along streams.
  2. Scioto River Watershed Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program for landowners in the Little Scioto and Olentangy watersheds and all tributaries. This is a program for landowners who want to put cropland into buffer strip practices along streams.
  3. Brokensword cover crop grant - This grant offers incentives for establishing annual cover crops, permanent grass, and hay land planting.  This grant is focused on the upper reaches of the Brokensword, upstream of Brandywine Creek, however the entire Brokensword Watershed is eligible.
